How to export a Live Photo for conversion

Export the unmodified original from Photos on Mac to get the matching still image and MOV file, or choose a `.livp` archive. You can also select only the MOV file when pairing is not important.

MP4 retains full color and can keep audio. The output is re-encoded as H.264 video with AAC audio for broad compatibility. Re-encoding is lossy, so keep the original assets.
