Get the original Word, Pages, or other source document. Pages can open Word files directly.
2. Import PDF as Images
In Pages: Insert → Choose → select your PDF. Each page becomes an image.
3. Use OCR for Text Extraction
Extract text using Preview or Adobe Reader, then paste into Pages.
