1. Use the Original Source File
Get the original PowerPoint, Keynote, or other source presentation. Keynote can open PowerPoint files directly.
2. Import PDF as Images
In Keynote: Insert → Choose → select your PDF. Each page becomes an image.
3. Use OCR for Text Extraction
Extract text using Preview or Adobe Reader, then paste into Keynote.
